Organising your search
If you find what you want  - OK,
But was it the correct answer?
was it the best answer?
was it complete?

Identify the question

Search by key concepts - ideas that must be present for a search result to be relevant (concept = keyword)

Alternate terms may make up a concept
Grammatical eg electric/electrical
Synonyms eg culture/tradition
General to narrow terms eg Uk/Wales

Two keywords/concepts or fewer - use a directory
