At best only about 25% of the 2500 million pages on the web have been indexed by search engines Include names in speech marks eg "Joseph Bloggs" Use Boolean operators AND, to exclude and OR, to include Lewes AND Sussex, Lewes OR Sussex + is the same as AND - can exclude eg +Sussex -Lewes
